We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have an unconditional return policy refunding the purchase amount excluding 10% processing fee for items received back for return that are in its original, UNWORN condition within 5 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee if free shipping was provided.

1. Please include the reason for the return.
2. Shipping/Delivery fees are non-refundable for returns.
3. You must include the original invoice along with the returned merchandise in order for us to process your return quickly.
4. Please remember to include the order number on your return label.
5. Items with a price of RM30 or less are final sale and not eligible for refund.
6. All accessories, swimwear, lingerie, intimates & sale merchandise are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
7. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt package.
8. Please ensure merchandise are wrap in protective box/thick paper before sending back the merchandise.

On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item, when this happens, please contact us, we will make it right by issue you a full refund or reship the correct item.
We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us.
We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Fashion items / styles turn over rapidly; therefore, we cannot hold an item for a customer for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instruction below: (all exchanges and return are honor within 5 bussiness days of purchase)
1. Find the item you wish to exchange for (design/size)
2. Purchase it like a brand new order, checkout & PAY for it immediately.
3. You will have a new order number for the new purchase.
4. Return the unwanted item along with original packaging and invoice to us. Please write "Exchange" & the order number of the new purchase.
5. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
6. We will issue you a FULL refund excluding (S&H) fee on the initial order (S&H) for the NEW order will not be refunded) once we receive the return.
7. Items with a price of RM30 or less are final sale.
8. All accessories, swimwear, beauty/cosmetic, costumes, lingerie, intimates are final sale.
